What I do proves that God exists so WATCH ME!

“We have made God far too small and our lives prove it” says John Paul Jackson in the video below where he made a number of prophecies in 2008 about what is to come in the next 10 years or so.   It is alarming to see how many of the things he speaks about have already come to pass.  I watched this video series when it first came out, but today on John Paul’s Twitter he published the breaking news that last night a Solar Tsunami hit the earth. http://newsfeed.time.com/2010/08/03/solar-tsunami-celestrial-show-to-hit-earth-tonight/

This got my attention as the word of God speaks of signs and wonders taking place in the heavens and on earth in the last days.  I wanted to check this piece of news against the prophecies made by John Paul two years ago, and having watched that video again, I feel it is of tremendous importance for those who call themselves Christians to please take heed of what is being said in this video.

John Paul gives prophecies about five different areas specifically affecting the United States but also the rest of the world.  At the end he suggests steps The Church at large needs to take in order to narrow the gap between God and The Church which is currently allowing the enemy to have a foothold and to kill, steal and destroy.

“What I do proves that God exists, so watch me!”.  What Christian lives like this today in the Western world? What church leader lives like this today in the Western Church? Not many, and so it is that the Church is failing to fulfill its commission and in doing so the enemy is gaining territory at an alarming speed.  This links very well with my previous post and why I quit Churchianity.  Please if you are reading this, I implore you to watch that video and the rest of this series and to pray about what you hear like you have never prayed before.  The Church needs to admit where it has gone wrong and repent, and it has to do it now, today.  Judgement begins in the house of God, and we need to get down on our knees right now and begin to really listen to what the Spirit of God is saying to the Churches and to each of us as individuals representing Christ here on earth.  Because if we don’t, all these things will indeed come to pass just like in the Old Testament times.   God is a loving and merciful God but like any father, He will only go so far in his grace and mercy before he leaves his children to their own devices because they were too proud and stubborn to listen to His advice and counsel.  Sometimes we only learn as a consequence of our own mistakes, despite the fact that our loved ones, our friends, and more importantly God have been gently whispering to us that we must change or we will have to endure the consequences of our self-reliance and “self-inflicted blindness”.

God expects real, honest, on-fire commitment from His people and not lukewarm individuals who want to have their cake and eat it.  It is time Christians begin to stand out from the crowd for all the right reasons, as it has happened in times past.  Right now the Church is becoming less and less effective in drawing people towards God, but perhaps that is not such a bad thing.  Perhaps what men call the Church has stopped being what Christ regards as His Bride a long time ago and it is for this reason that the power and anointing it once enjoyed is being taken away, and supplied elsewhere.

Once you watch this video, you should be able to link to the rest of the series on utube.  Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Thank you for listening and for reading.

  1. “What I do proves that God exits” — you mean exists. You might want to fix that one, yes? Although I happen to like this particular turn of phrase as is…

Thank you very much indeed for kindly pointing that out. I did run the spell check a couple of times but obviously not enough.

Glad that you at least took the time to read the post.
